From Curator  Mike Popso:

The controversial Dakota Access Pipeline project continues with harsh winter conditions. Just another reason for us as artists to bring some positivity to Standing Rock’s Sioux tribe. 7,000 people remain on site but were asked to leave by Dec. 5th, 2016  to a “safer” location. That will not be happening according to my friends currently at the camp.

The reason we chose The Rosebud Camp is because Ian Kuali’i visited the camp a few months back and knew this day was coming. They are in dire need of supply for the blizzards that are already taking place. Clothes, food and wood mainly.
